In Your Own Time

Three real ways in. No deadlines. No one watching.

This is where you start when you want to do the work alone, on your time, without anyone needing to know. Pick the one that fits where you actually are right now, not where you think you should be.

In Your Own Time is a set of three self-paced offerings from certified life coach Kristin Palm Kane, for women whose lives look right from the outside and feel wrong from the inside: her story, free to read in about 15 minutes; a five-day workbook ($47); and Unscripted, an eight-module course ($497).

My story, free

The Script I Was Following

This one isn’t a guide and won’t tell you what to do. It’s my story: how I reevaluated my life after my divorce and stopped following the script I’d been handed. If you want to see what getting honest actually looked like for one woman, start here.

A note before you choose

This probably isn’t your first attempt at this

I know how it goes. The book that started strong and then sat half-finished. The good intention that quietly slipped. None of these tools assume this is easy, or that you are starting from scratch. They are built for women who have already tried, and are ready for the version of this work that meets them where they are.

Questions, answered plainly

Before you choose

Do I need to start with the free story?

No. Each one stands on its own. The story is the lightest first step, but if you already know you’re ready for the workbook or the full course, start there.

How is this different from therapy?

A therapist is a licensed health professional who diagnoses and treats mental health conditions. This is not a replacement for therapy. These tools are structured and forward-moving. They help you name what you want and start building toward it. Many women do both.

How much time does each one take?

The story reads in about 15 minutes. The workbook is 20 minutes a day for five days. Unscripted is fully self-paced with lifetime access, so it takes exactly as long as you need it to.

Is Unscripted live or self-paced?

Fully self-paced. No cohort calls, no start dates, no falling behind. Eight modules, lifetime access, done on your schedule.

Can I start small and go deeper later?

Yes. They’re built at three depths on purpose. Nothing is a prerequisite for anything else.

Who made these

I’m Kristin.

I’m Kristin Palm Kane, a certified life coach. Before the certification, I built a life that looked right from every angle, walked away from it, lost more than I expected to, and rebuilt from there. Everything on this page came out of that rebuild, not a textbook.
